Counter-signals is an ad hoc journal dedicated to the documentation and theorizing of material instances in which politically oppositional messages are given form and transmitted, against the grain, through time and space.

Counter Signals repurposes a nearly obsolete message delivery system in order to decompose existing social networks and construct new prismatic ones.
